Spirit Guide
This painting started as a realistic piece, but I was having trouble with the background, so out of frustration, completely covered it up and planned to do something else with the canvas. Decided a couple of days later to uncover the deer to see what that would look like, and I am beyond pleased, it now has a mystical look that I absolutely love.
